Who we are

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone, and message.
• Scheduling: if you book a consultation, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the information you enter to book the call.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free, does not track individuals across sites, and does not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We use service providers to run the site (hosting, form processing, scheduling, email). They are permitted to use your information only to provide those services. We disclose information when required by law.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. An embedded scheduler may set functional cookies when you use it.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email Daouda@rootstaxpro.com.

Retention & security

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond and follow up. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information in our control.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
